Privacy Notice
How your enquiry information is used, and what you agree to when you submit the form.
What This Notice Covers
This notice explains how information submitted through this website is used for commercial asbestos enquiries. You can read it before deciding whether to send your details. The form asks for agreement before information is passed to a suitable local firm.
Information You Provide
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional contact number, selected service and message. It also includes this website’s domain so the source of the request can be identified. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or details about other people that are not needed for the request.
Why Your Details Are Used
Your details are used to understand the enquiry, respond to it and arrange a discussion about the requested service. Where you agree, the enquiry may be passed to a suitable local firm so it can contact you about scope, availability and a quotation. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your Agreement And Sharing
Agreement is requested through an unticked checkbox before submission. If you do not want your details used and shared in the way described, do not submit the form. A receiving firm is responsible for explaining how it handles information during its own quotation or service process.
Retention And Security
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable record obligations. Access should be limited to those who need it for those purposes. Do not send passwords, payment information or confidential building-security details through the message field.
Your Information Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or an explanation of how it is used. You can withdraw agreement to future sharing, although this does not undo processing already carried out lawfully. Use the enquiry form with “Privacy request” at the start of the message to raise a request.
Cookies And External Services
The website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to that external service when pages load. Normal hosting and enquiry security processes may process technical request information such as an IP address.
Questions Or Complaints
Use the enquiry form for questions about this notice and include enough information to identify your earlier request. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office about a data protection concern. See the ICO complaints guidance for its current process.
